You can register for a trial on our website to test the fully functional EBF Onboarder software on up to 20 devices (= 20 licenses). The same tenant used during the trial can be used in production, eliminating the need to configure settings twice.

NOTE: Please note that a license is consumed upon sending an invitation to a device, rather than only when the migration is initiated. Adding devices in a project, will reduce the number of available licenses. They will return to the available licences, if the project is deleted or devices are removed but only if no invitation was sent.

For each target system there is a unique URL for the registration.

After opening the link, click „Don’t have an account? Register!“ to proceed to the registration page. Do not forget to check Yes for EBF Onboarder trial licenses on the registration page.

Follow these steps to register:

1. Click on ‘Register’ in the table above.
2. On the following EBF website enter your contact data, provide further information. You can also add a message.
3. Make sure to click Yes for EBF Onboarder trial licenses.
4. Check the data privacy check box and press Submit.
5. A colleague from our sales team will contact you to enable your EBF Onboarder tenant.
   You will then receive an email to create your login credentials — please note that the link expires after 30 minutes.
   Also check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
6. In case you missed it please open your Onboarder website, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the steps.

NOTE: Before you set up a migration project, please make sure you have set all the prerequisites in your environment (see chapter 03), so that the EBF Onboarder will work smoothly.
