In case of issues during a migration (e.g. when you wait for a message from the EBF Onboarder), you can check the status on this page. The page reloads automatically every 30 seconds.

What the status page shows:

The Server card shows whether the EBF Onboarder server is Running, its current version, and build number.

The Messaging card shows the overall Health (Healthy or otherwise), and how many mail, push, and SMS messages are currently pending delivery. A dash means there are none pending.

You can expand ‘Raw JSON response’ at the bottom of the page for the underlying machine readable data, useful if you need to share status details with EBF support.
