What’s new

New PDF split view and tab view for iPads in landscape.
Open up to 3 PDF documents in the PDF viewer in tabs.
Use two documents side-by-side in split view.

Fixed Issues

Memory leak in PDF fixed
Saving PDF changes is now possible for specific structure problems
PDF drawing signatures provides complete signature to the page now
Document scan (rotated page) showing stretched image
Preview showing again on moving a PDF page
PDF exported from AutoCad can now be opened
PDF crash on fast scrolling
Saving PDFs should now be faster for specific complex documents
Positioning of objects in PDFs now working as expected on zoomed out pages

What’s new

The new version of EBF Files brings the following new functionalities:

New upload manager: Allows the user to keep an overview of all Pending upload files. Also, a new view has been introduced showing upload details and allowing to stop or delete upload files.
Deactivation of the encryption password can be set by an admin.
Export of office files to PDF.

Problem with hidden actions in Teamrooms is solved (CF-1926)
Polaris meta data “author” showing invalid value (CF-2035)
PDF: For moving a page, the preview is now shown again (CF-2027)

Serverless mode now supports SMB containers
SMB 3.0 support (serverless only)
PDF: Page preview bar and page number
PDF: Export multiple pages from PDF document
PDF: Eraser size can be adjusted
PDF: New scan document feature with OCR detection (iOS/iPadOS only)
OneDrive global search now available in “Share with me” view
In shared folders in OneDrive a user can now add new documents and folders if having sufficient permissions
Open a document/folder from OneDrive/Sharepoint in the default browser
Pull-Refresh triggers Pending file uploads in a folder
Display storage size used in settings page

Fixed issues

Deleted file remained in Sync list
PDF: Search not marking results correctly
Moved files no longer found in search results

Known problems

- Offline mode for SMB serverless does not work
- Problem in Office editor with handwritten content, when deleting parts
- Embedded images can decrease in quality after saving a PDF
