Support Team

If you need further information and support for the EBF Onboarder, the EBF team is happy to help you.

Or use the support button of the EBF Onboarder. You can find it on the right side of your dashboard.

A click on the button will lead to a form where you can describe your problem. Information about your tenant will be added automatically. Additionally, you are asked to select your source type and to specify the problem. For example, it will help if you provide the project name, the day and timeframe when the issue appeared and the device serial number, if you are encountering a migration issue with one particular device.

After clicking on ‘Send’ you will get a message which confirms that the message was sent. Our support team will then get back to you as soon as possible.
