01. Getting Started

MIDA (MobileIron Delegated Admin) provides a web portal to view and manage devices registered on the MobileIron EMM system and and other several other objects in a multi-tenant manner.

In the following, the system will be referred to as „MIDA“.

This manual is intended for the Super Administrator of the MIDA.

The SuperAdmin has the following configuration options:

  • Integrate one or more MI Cores: „Tenant“ management
  • Create and edit roles for the MIDA users
  • MIDA create/change and delete user
  • Configure LDAP connections
  • Configure branding
  • Set languages

This document covers the topics that can be edited via the MIDA website. In the appendix you will find details about the configuration parameters.

The account for the SuperAdmin is defined during the installation of the MIDA Server within the configuration file.
